This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to our services, including refund and cancellation policies.
Please review this policy carefully before engaging our services.

Service Delivery

Legal Growth offers digital marketing, web development, and other professional services tailored to law firms.
We ensure all services are delivered according to the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and quality standards in our contracts or agreements.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:

  • Pre-Work Refunds:
    • If you cancel the service before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • If a project is partially completed and you wish to terminate the agreement, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed. Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting the value of completed deliverables and associated costs.
  • Service Issues:
    • If the services provided do not align with the agreed-upon deliverables, we encourage you to contact us within seven business days of receiving the deliverable. We will review your concern and, if justified, take corrective actions, including refunds or service adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

  • One-Time Services:
    • You may cancel a one-time service before the initiation of work. Any deposits made for services already in progress are non-refundable.
  • Ongoing or Retainer Services:
    • You must give 30 days’ written notice to cancel services for ongoing or retainer-based agreements. Any payments made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
    • Upon cancellation, we will summarize all work completed to date.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or third-party disruptions.
In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or modify deliverables as needed.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to
info@legalgrowth.com.
Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • The service/project details.
  • The reason for your request.

We will respond to your request within five business days.
